User got new phone and can not access account due to MFA from the old phone

Hi everyone! I have a Tenant user that is unable to access Auth0 since they have gotten a new phone.

I have removed the tenant, and re-added them, and they receive the email and accept the invitation but get stuck when signing in and it requests the old phones MFA token.

Any help in getting this reset would be great! Thanks!

Can you share this part of the article with your dashboard user? https://auth0.com/docs/customize/login-pages/universal-login/customize-templates#current-user-information. If they still won’t be able to log in, can you send a DM to the @support group with your tenant name and your user email address? I will create a ticket for the MFA Reset.
