Unable to login with username-password authentication on some PCs

One of our users got this error when trying to sign in with username-password authentication:

there could be a misconfiguration in the system or a service outage. We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us.
Please try again.

On Auth0’s admin screen, I searched the log related to this error but I couldn’t find it. Any help is gratefully appreciated.

Notes:

  • Google Chrome 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (32 bit), Windows
  • This problem did not occur on all PCs. (On some other PCs, this error did not occur even if she tried to sign in with the same auth0 account.)
  • Clearing cookies and cache did not solve this problem.
