Unable to Login to account

I received the notification to setup my MFA for my account. I attempted to set it up, however, I was unable to load my profile (I received a 500 error from the auth0 server). I logged out and cleared any app/cache data (jic?) and attempted to log in again - however now Auth0 seems to be trying to create an entirely new user account for me and I am unable to access my existing tenets/products. There does not seem to be any recourse here to what the heck do I do now?

Somehow I’m able to get back into my account - not sure what happened there.
