Unable to log in to main Auth0 Account on auth0.auth0.com

This is not dealing with my application, but with the auth0.auth0.com domain rejecting my login due to cookie errors. That also means I can’t put in a proper support ticket because I can’t login as I get this error:

Oops! It seems that there has been an error in the authentication flow
Try logging in again or return to the home page.

I get multiple issues with cookies in Firefox 137 on Fedora 41 and on Chrome (135.0.7049.84). Specifically these errors:

Cookie “auth0l” has been rejected for invalid domain.
Cookie “current_tenant” has been rejected for invalid domain.
Cookie “auth0l” has been rejected for invalid domain.
Cookie “current_tenant” has been rejected for invalid domain.

Then this JS error:

I have reset and cleared cookies and all storage from Firefox for all time. I have made sure to update my whole operating system with all the latest patches. This means I restarted my machine to apply all updates.

I have checked the internal network and specifically whitelisted auth0.auth0.com on my network, though it worked without this last Friday before I went away for vacation for a few days.

I understand you encountered issues logging in to your main Auth0 account.

Have you tried logging in to the Auth0 account through the dashboard on https://manage.auth0.com/?

I just did and had the same result. I see the dashboard for a second and then get logged out again. When I click the link above the URL it takes me to is auth0.auth0.com and then shows me the same type of errors.

I’ve just gone to my second computer (Mac Studio running latest FF and operating system) and see the same issue. I also grabbed an ethernet cable and wired that into the main network bypassing any internal firewalls/settings and was unable to log in. The Mac was formatted about a month ago and has never tried to log into Auth0 so no cookies would be present in the browser.

I’ve tried everything above in the various private browsing modes available as well with no change.

I can now log in on both my Fedora and macOS machines without issue. This is resolved.
