Unable to get in contact with Auth0

After we upgraded to enterprise license, I have not been able to get in contact with Auth0 support. We have reached the limit on number of applications and have an urgent need to increase this limit. This is however impossible since we are not able to get in contact with anyone within Auth0. Anyone who has had the same experience? How did you solve it?

Hi @per.kristensen

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I understand that you have upgraded to an Enterprise subscription, however you are encountering limits on the number of applications on your tenant and need to get in touch with Auth0 Support.

Recommended action

As your tenant is under an Enterprise Subscription, you should be able to get in touch with our Support team by submitting a Support case. This can be done by logging in our Support Center → Tickets and clicking on “Open Ticket”. I can recommend our Knowledge Article on how to Open a Support Ticket in the Auth0 Dashboard for additional details. Please let us know if you are not able to submit Support cases via the portal, if you receive any error messages or if the nature of the issue is different.

If you are not able to submit the Support case via the portal, please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group here on Community, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant where you are encountering this issue. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.

Looking forward to your input!

Best regards,
Gerald

After creating this post in the community, it seems like things are speeding up. We finally did get an answer to our support case and Auth0 confirmed that there is a bug/error on there side limiting the number of applications. We are still awaiting a resolution to the case.

Our support case was resolved now.
