Unable to create Tenants

Hi Team,

I created an account yesterday, managed to create an application and an API. I came to log in today and it took me to the “tenant creation” page.

When I try to create a tenant I get an error - “Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account”

Please can you help?

Hi Remus,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I’m trying to create the tenant in the UK, which doesn’t look to have any services issues.

I’m still getting the error but happy to hold fire until they are both resolved.
