I just created an account and I get the following error when creating a new tenant. I tried both a custom name and the default generated dev-xxxxxx. Neither worked.
Error!Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account
Can someone help me with this?

Thanks for the quick response.
I also wanted to know if this incident impacted the APIs. As we are using the Get-logs API to get the logs and wanted to check on it.

The incident impacted both Authentication and Management APIs, but since then services have been successfully restored to normal and the issue marked as resolved, so you should be able to use the Get-logs API as you previously did without any concerns.
