Unable to Access User Data - "An unexpected error occurred"

Not sure if this is the right place, and would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

I cannot access any user data through my auth0 dashboard. When I land on User Management > Users a modal pops up that says “An Unexpected Error Occurred”, followed by the page loading and stating that I do not have any users yet.

Any thoughts? How/where should I report bugs?

Hey there!

Let me help you troubleshoot that! In order to do that can I ask you to record a HAR file for me so I can see what is happening behind the scenes of your browser when you go to Management → Users?

Here’s how to record it:

I get an error when trying to upload the HAR file. All I did was login and try to access the Users page:

Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is too big (maximum size is 10000KB).

The file is 28,000KB. Is there some other way I can get the information to you?
