First try searching for your answer.We have two accounts: ky@urstudx.com and contact@urstudx.com. After changing our browser, we were no longer able to complete two-factor authentication for these accounts. As a result, we deleted both accounts and recreated them using the same email addresses. However, it appears the accounts were not fully deleted, as we are still being prompted for two-factor authentication during the initial setup of the new accounts. Could you please advise on how we can log in to Auth again with these email addresses?

Please send us a direct message to the @support group including the account email addresses and the associated tenants and we will fulfill a request on your behalf so that the MFA can get reset. Afterwards you will be able to access the accounts without needing to enter a 2FA step.
