Trying to delete my auth0 account and failing

Hi folks, I am trying to delete my Auth0 account and just cannot figure out how to do so. What are the current steps to completely delete an account? I found a post from 2019 or so saying to Private Message someone, but I can’t even figure out how to do that :grimacing:

Have you followed our documentation: Delete or Reset Tenants?

To delete your account completely (erase your email from our system), we need to do it from our side; I will DM you to collect the info and start this process.
