My email was invited to 2 tenants, one a paid account and one a free account (plus one account I set up accidentally while trying to access the free account. After accessing the paid account I get an error when I try to access the free account again

We are trying to provide a reply and some information to older posts, in case others encounter the same situations and it could help.
If there is an error message or error code, it could be helpful in narrowing down the possible issues ( some of the errors can be viewed here ), but one suggestion in these cases would be to access to /logout URL first before trying to access another tenant, just so you terminate the current session. The URL has the format of https://[tenant-name].[locality].auth0.com/logout
Another thing to consider is if your user’s account has been successfully created on both tenants or not, which a Tenant Admin should be able to see for you.
