Tiny Universal Login Form on Android React Native

I’ve recently run into a bug where the universal login form is rendering really small in the Android browser popup during login.

Running my Application locally via an Android emulator is fine, but some of our testers are reporting seeing the issue above during their tests via Google Play Internal Testing releases.

The only other instance of this I can see online is reported titled: “Authentication Page is Very Small” but they mention needing to add a custom tag to their classic login page - which I’m not using. No recent Auth0 changes have been made to trigger this. It seemingly came out of nowhere and I’m unsure how to debug.

I’m on RN 0.81 with Auth0 v5.0.1

Note: For some reason I can’t attach links or images to this post(???), but I’m seeing the same thing reported here (you need to join the link manually) https: // community .auth0.com/t/authentication-page-is-very-small/193083

Hi @ethaneng

Can you confirm that you do not have the Customize Login Page option enabled within your Branding settings? You can find that under the Dashboard → Branding → Universal Login → Manage Classic Login → Login tab. If you do not have that enabled, could you share your tenant name within a DM so I can take a look at your configuration and settings?

Kind Regards,
Nik
