Tenants as environments?

I understand you have questions about setting up Tenant Environments.

how would we then test Auth0 features which are part of our PROD instance but are not included in the free level?

When creating new tenants as a self-service customer, there is an option to request a child tenant which includes the same features as the parent tenant. Moreover, if you have an Enterprise subscription plan with us, you should be able to freely assign child tenants on creation.
