Using the switch-tenant feature in the dashboard simply redirects me back to my production tenant. My default tenant for login USED to be the development tenant but it got changed as well. Management API requests to the dev tenant still work. When I look in the chrome network tab I see a clear 302 from the manage.auth0.com domain.
I am experiencing the same issue here as well.
