Overview
A tenant member is trying to log into the Auth0 Dashboard, but once they authenticate successfully, they are redirected right back to the login page and cannot access the tenant.
- This can also apply to situations where the tenant member manages to authenticate and see the tenant but cannot switch to other tenants they are part of.

Cause
This is caused by the Tenants being managed by a Team with the Tenant Member Management option enabled.
- This option is enabled by default for all self-service plans.
- Tenant Member Management allows for greater security control on who has access to tenants and what actions they are permitted to carry out on the tenants.
Solution
Inviting the Tenant Member to the Team as well, with at least a Contributor role, will give the Member access to all the tenants managed by that Team.
In this situation, with the Tenant Member Management active, it would be best to consider inviting the Tenant Member to the Team first and then adding them to all the Tenants that the member has to be part of from the Team dashboard. This helps avoid inviting the Tenant Member multiple times to each and every tenant.
