Tenant Admin Exists but Dashboard Shows “You don't have permissions to access the resource” and Ticket Access is Blocked

Hello Auth0 Support,

I am experiencing a backend account/tenant access issue with my Auth0 tenant.

Tenant: dev-exhhzhp8jj40r2gn
Region: US-4
Plan: Free

Observed facts:

  • Tenant exists in Support Center

  • Applications count = 2

  • Connections count = 2

  • Users count = 6

  • I am the only Team Member

  • My role = Admin

However, inside the Auth0 Dashboard, all resource pages fail with:

“You don’t have permissions to access the resource”

Examples:

  • Applications

  • Tenant Settings

  • Other dashboard resources

Additionally, when I try to create a support ticket, Auth0 shows:

“You do not have access to create a ticket”

This appears to be a backend entitlement / Management API permission issue on my Auth0 account.

I am NOT requesting a new tenant.

Please restore dashboard resource access for my ORIGINAL tenant and preserve all existing applications/configuration.
