Tenant admin cannot access dashboard resources and cannot create support ticket

Hello Auth0 Support,

I am the admin/owner of my Auth0 tenant, but inside the Auth0 Dashboard I get:

“Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource”

This happens when I open Applications and other tenant resources.

Also, when I try to create a support ticket, I get:

“You do not have access to create a ticket”

Please check whether my dashboard permissions / tenant membership / backend entitlement are broken.

Tenant name: dev—q
Account email: I can provide it privately
Region: US-4
Plan: Free / Trial — not sure
Team: apa-wellness

I do not want to delete or recreate the tenant. I need access restored to the existing tenant and its applications/configuration preserved.
