I’ve logged into my account today as unable to do anything such as create applications, as it says “Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource”.
I believe my acount is misconfigured somehow and it is preventing me testing a new application.
If there’s a chance to help, I’ll appreciate it very much.

@jordanrios.software did they help you? i have the exactly SAME PROBLEM! but i cant send them a private DM

I’m also unable to raise a support ticket as I’m on the free plan - have tried multiple browsers, logging in and out multiple times, clearing caches, waiting 24-48 hours - still same issue - would be great to understand how this was resolved for you @jordanrios.software, did auth0 have to do something for you?
@sam.pbarber i think you should create a post here on this community and tag " @ support "
and ask them to give you an option to send private Messages, and that someone from the auth0’s support, will send you the first message
