Had a support ticket, got an email asking for my feedback, it looks like this:

We’d love to hear what you think of our customer service. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below:

Positive, I am satisfied

Negative, I am not satisfied

When I click the link, I get this:

I’m guessing your response percentage on these emails is probably pretty close to 0? Not even sure HOW I would login to Force.com since I never signed up with them in the first place.

Update for anyone else experiencing this. We are experiencing an issue with this that is being resolved.
