Subscription applied to wrong tenant

We have 2 tenants in our account. One is for development and not really used. The other is a live account. By accident, we signed up with our credit card for our developer tenant and not to our live tenant. How do we switch this? It’s not clear on your site that submitting a payment is only for 1 tenant. It’s quite confusing.
