Sometimes i get "error getting the bot detection challenge"

I have custom login page. Everything works good, but sometimes i see error “Error getting the bot detection challenge, please contact the system administrator”. Also again sometimes error appeared with success login (redirect to app)

I can’t reproduce it, and how to solve it?
