There are countless situations where Auth0’s employees are ignoring subsequent questions despite having provided an initial response.
And I’ve noticed that in all such cases, a solution has been established for the initial question.
For example, in this issue, the initial question has been solved, and the questioner’s final question has been ignored.
Is there a system configuration that prevents Auth0’s employees from being notified of subsequent questions on issues that have been designated as solved?
In that case, the questioners have to uncheck the solution to ask follow-up questions?
I think a lot of people in this community have faced this problem, so I’d like to verify about this.
Thank you for raising this important point about response times and follow-up questions in the Auth0 Community. We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating it can be when conversations seem to drop off.
We strive to respond to every question that comes into the Community. Still, due to the high volume of inquiries, our response may, at times, be delayed.
We continuously work to improve our processes and ensure that no question goes unnoticed. In the meantime, here are a few things you and other community members can do to help ensure your questions get answered:
Clear and concise questions: Clearly state your issue and provide as much context as possible.
Relevant tags and categories: Use appropriate tags and post in the relevant category to ensure your question reaches the right audience.
Bump the thread: If you haven’t received a response to your question after a reasonable time, you can bump the thread by posting a follow-up message.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the responsiveness of the Auth0 Community. We value your participation and want to ensure you have a positive experience.
