I have configured my app with an SMS connection. I have a working Twilio account and I think that I configured everything correctly but Auth0 shows me email/password form instead of a phone number. I have database connection turned off.
What could be the reason for that?

It could just be that you need to change the Authentication Profile to “Identifier First” see here on how to do that within the Tenant Dashboard.
