Sign up option on universal login has disappeared

There is unfortunately no “Sign Up with Organization” capability for the time being - According to the PM, this should be available at the end of this year or early next. Here is the thread that goes into this in detail:

Hi, I have set up my application successfully with organizations. Logins work fine and also signups via the Google Test Connection work. Unfortunately the redirect to the signup page with organizations does not work! Can someone explain what I’m doing wrong here?
