Set password requirements error

Hi

I want to change the password requirements.

According to the documentation I can do this in Authentication → Database → (select connection) → Authentication methods → Password

When I click the “configure” button nothing happens. I am seeing a console error though so this looks like a bug?

Also tried this on a colleague’s computer with his account, same result.

Does anybody have an idea how to work around this bug?

Thank you for posting your question. You can achieve the same results with the Management API with the Update Connection endpoint → Welcome to Auth0 Docs - Auth0 Docs, but before that, can you re-try to update the password configuration in another browser/try to do it in incognito mode.

Another browser and private mode didn’t help the issue in the Auth0 interface.

I did manage to update the password policy via the API though.

Does the issue still persists or are you able to update the policy properly through the Dashboard UI?
