Search using app_metadata

Hi, on the post at How to search for users by using app_metadata ?
there is a reference to an incident report where there is an email to request allowing search using app_metadata

When I click on the link no information appears on the page so I can’t get the email address (have tried multiple browsers, as have colleagues)

Can you list the email address here please so we can request the limitation being lifted on our account

:wave: @mshortt I apologize if I misunderstand, but you should be able allowed searched for app_metadata in Search Engine v3? You can find more information in our User Search, v3 document. Can you let me know if this solves what you are trying to do? If it does not, can you let me know what type of searches you are trying to do that aren’t working.
