Problem statement
We are not able to log in on one of our applications using this tenant because it is on NodeJS 16. We tested our application with another tenant on NodeJs 12 and then we could connect and login. Can the NodeJS version be put back from NodeJS 16 to NodeJS 12?
Solution
Please check if you can change the node version under Tenant Settings → Advanced. If nodeJs 12 is not available, please open a support ticket for this request.
