Restore 2FA access(message inbox is not available)

I tried to restore 2FA to one of my account.
Logged in and tried to DM to auth0 support, but message inbox is not available(also got error that I cannot attach media proof to post)

Hi Gerald. I replied to the group instead of directly to your message, and it won’t let me reply with the same text, so I’m adding this to the top of the message…

I’m having the same issue. I was trying to follow the video on how to do this, but I see no Inbox on the Community page. I guess the site changed. I also have in issue getting into one of my accounts. My dev PC got messed up and I lost access to my recovery code, and MFA is not working. So frustrating. It’s critical to be able to get back in since the tenant is being used and I can’t make changes. Thanks.

We’re sorry to hear that you are having this issue, it’s interesting as there should not have been any changes made to the site in this regard. Just to confirm from you as well, are you not able to send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support ? That is the inbox where we receive MFA reset requests or account deletion requests.

Will be waiting for your input to further address this issue, whether we can chat in the Support inbox or I send you a DM.
