Reset MFA for a tenant admin

I need to reset MFA for my tenant administrator user.

I still have my MFA enabled using those one-time only codes, however I wanted to add back the mobile app.

I found a similar topic here where @jeff.ishar / @konrad.sopala said from Auth0 support need to do something on your end (Reset MFA for tenant administrator).

How can we follow up on that?
