Need to be able to logout (end session) oicd connection types without having to use a login workaround. (as seen in Logging out with a connection from another auth0 tenant (auth0-oidc))

This would be useful to us. Want to be able to make one request to logout, rather than the client having to know the chain of identity-providers that need logging out.
This is basic functionality that exists for other upstreams, this needs to be provided.
This is stopping us from rolling out authentication improvements and is making us think of leaving auth0.
