Problem statement
We want to know where to find information about Monthly Active Users count.
Solution
As admins of the tenant, users can access the Monthly Active Users Report at https://support.auth0.com/ by going to Auth0 Dashboard > Reports > Usage.
There, you can find the Subscription Usage, where the Active Users Report can be found. This includes the count of Monthly Active Users for the past 12 months of the subscription. It can be viewed by: Active Users , Active Users by Tenant , or Total Users by Tenant.
The Reports can be downloaded in a CSV Format.
