Remove 2fa from account

Hi - I lost my phone, also lost the access codes I was supposed to store in a safe place, can I remove 2fa from my account?

which account are you referring to?

Are you asking this in the context of/as a developer/admin that is managing an application using Auth0, are you you an end user/consumer of a website that uses Auth0 but which you don’t control?

Do you still have access to the account? (in other words: does it always ask for MFA or only contextually?)
