Does anybody know
https://${account.namespace}/test and
https://${account.namespace}/testall endpoints are reliable for implementing Auth0 health-checks ?
As of today they seem to be working fine as long as we provide any text for account.namespace

It depends on the exact scenario. I just did some research and our docs for /test and /testall endpoints are no longer available, instead we encourage people to use those practices:
I wouldn’t rely on those endpoints if this is something life-critical to your business
