Recover management access to an existing Auth0 production tenant

I am trying to recover Auth0 Dashboard management access to an existing production tenant.

The tenant is still active and issuing valid tokens for a production application.

I have historical browser evidence showing that I accessed this tenant through manage.auth0.com on multiple dates, including pages for Users, Applications, Actions, Logs, Monitoring, and Post Login.

I currently have access to two Auth0 accounts/Teams that were both associated with user identities in the production tenant, but neither Team currently shows the production tenant in its tenant list, and “Link Existing Tenants” reports no tenants available to link.

I do not want to create, transfer, delete, or modify the production tenant. I only need guidance on safely recovering the management Team/account that owns the existing tenant.

What is the correct Auth0 recovery process for an existing tenant when the original management Team is no longer visible?

Hi @lateefinspection

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I understand that you are looking to recover access to a tenant, without having it modified in any way, as it is still active.

Recommended solution

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant that you are looking to gain access to. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.

Looking forward to your DM!

Have a great one,
