Recovery Admin access for existing tenant


We’ve lost access to a tenant and need to regain access.

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

Please follow the steps below:

  1. click on your profile picture of the top right corner
  2. click Preference (the person icon)
  3. click Activity
  4. click Messages
  5. click New Message
  6. create a direct message to @support Auth0 Support and provide the name of the tenant and the email of the Admin. We will assist you from there.


The Activity tab does not contain an option for messages. Only the following are present:

  • All
  • Topics
  • Replies
  • Read
  • Drafts
  • Likes
  • Bookmarks
  • Solved
  • Votes
