I am going through the readiness checks, and all the tenant admins seem to have mfa enabled, but the item MFA for Tenant Administrators should be enabled has not moved to passed yet. Is there another setting that this readiness check is waiting for?
briaoeuidhtns, did you ever solve this? I’m having the exact same problem. I wondered if it was because my one tenant admin only had one MFA option and there was a strong recommendation that I add another. After doing so, the recommendation went away but the readiness check still shows as unmet (even after several minutes of waiting).
