QR-Code not working

I can’t add validation for QR autenticator in Google Chrome Autenticator extension:

Authenticator

• Steps:

1. I selected this option:
   

   

2. I selected “continue”:
   

   

3. I scaned QR with Google Chrome extension, but but it doesn’t seem to recognize it:

Please scan the QA code with the Auth0 Guardian, then it will work. You can download Auth0 Guardian from the app store on the phone.
