Feature: Provide a possibility to set default MFA factor for Classic Login
Description: We have 2 MFA possible factors enabled: OTP with authenticator app and SMS.
By default for non-enrolled users we see QR code for app and the button “I’d rather use SMS”. And there is no way to set SMS as default factor. But SMS is more convenient for our users, so we need to have it as default (but not the only one) option.
Use-case: The cases when SMS is more preferable for users.
