Need to know more about if upgrading plan(from Free to Developer/Developer Pro) results in any system downtime or any affect on the application using Auth0 authentication.

Sorry for the delay in response. So basically there will be no downtime at all when moving from free to a paid account. Your subscription does not affect the authentication.
