Permissions error for new user / setup

I am getting this error every time I try to add a new domain, and several other actions as well.. screenshots attached. default domain name from Auth0 dev-vfnv0ypwf3b2qko6

Thank you for providing all the details, based on this information it appears that the user you signed in with does not have the required permissions in order to complete certain actions such as adding a new domain.

If possible, you can reach out to another Tenant Admin and request that they grant the required permissions and role to your user or if you happen to have multiple user credentials, login the tenant with the Admin user.

You can also log out of the tenant, clear your browser’s cache data and try logging back, in case you were accessing the tenant with an Admin user in the first place.
