Password reset email is not sent

when trying to reset my password for the e-mail: yoyoy@teamgroove.de i do not receive any emails. i double-checked already - emails to this address are coming through.

what can we do from here?

I understand that you’re trying to reset your password and did not receive the email.

First, after testing I did not find the same observations. Instead, I managed to get the password reset email.

In this case, could you please check your spam folders and see whether you find the password reset emails?

And have you tried retrying the password reset flow at different times to see if you’re able to get an email?

If not, you could change the user’s password directly by going to the Auth0 Dashboard > User Management > Users and clicking on the user profile. On the top right of the page, click the Actions button and select the Change Password option to set a new password.

Once that is done, the user will log in with the newly updated password.
