# of support tickets that can be raised under Essentials plan

W.r.t the essentials plan, is there a limit to how many support tickets I can raise under it? Currently I’m on a free plan & I don’t see an option to ‘open new ticket’.

Hi @soumya.narasimhan,

There is no limit to the number of support tickets you can open under any paid subscription plans or during the trial period of your tenant.

Free tenants do not have the option to open a support ticket. Instead, we offer the Community as a channel for support.
