Feature: Support for F#/Fable/SafeStack.

Description: I want to write a F# web application, with Fable/SafeStack. I found no example to do so. I found no description how Auth0 authentication flow works. I tried to apply openId but thats not how Auth0 works.

Use-case: A sample F# Application with Fable/SafeStack to copy from.
