in auth0 home page, click login button from the top, enter by email and click continue button, then click “forgot password”. everything looks fine, but no email (I check everywhere). I created this account so I can ask for a support in community, thanks. I do need to log in my another account, please help.

The most common scenario where a password reset email is not received under any of your email folders is when your initial account was created using a social provider, such as google. In these cases, no password reset email be sent, since no password was used for creating the account.

What you said sounds right, but when I log in with google social provider, auth0 asks for Google authenticator/recovery code/fingerprint or face recognition. I don’t have those setup or the computer/mobile phone has reset. is there anyway to recovery my account? thanks.

Sure! Please send your tenant name and account email address to the @support group via DM ( message button from the top right of the link ) and we will fulfill a request on your behalf so that MFA will get reset on your account.
