Need to send private message to @support but PM is disabled

Hi team,
Support requested that I send a private message with my account email, but as a new user I don’t have permission to send PMs yet.
Please open a private message with @support so I can provide the required details.

Even as a new user you should be able to send a direct message to the @support group ( using the Message box from the top right of the page ).

No worries, I have also send a DM ( private message ), so you can reply to it with further details about your inquiry.
