Help unlocking user's MFA

I have a user who has locked themselves out of their MFA. The support documentation seems to imply I need to DM support from this Community Forum since we’re on a free account - but I don’t have the option to send DMs (I think perhaps because my account’s trust level is still “new user”?). Does anyone know how to work around this?
