Hello,
I had a tenant in my account that I was an owner of. I transferred ownership to another user.
He removed me from that team/tenant/organization.
Now when I log in again it asks me to create a new tenant, which is reasonable, but after submitting the creation request it returns an error message, “Error 400: Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account”.
Could you please somehow reset my account I could sign up again from scratch?

If the respective tenant was already deleted, it is not possible to access it anymore since the removal is permanent and irreversible as mentioned in the pop-up message presented before finishing the request. Also it is not possible to create the same tenant and unfortunately we are unable to reset this option since the tenant name is restricted.
If the tenant was not deleted, I would recommend trying to get in touch with a current administrator to try and help you get reestablished, following the guidance from this article - Recover Admin Access to a Tenant. So if this does not work and you still have the rights over the administration of the tenant, you can send us a message to the @support group so we can provide further assistance.

Thank you for your reply.
However, I did not mention that I need access to the tennant, nor did I mention that it’s existence is relevant for the problem in question.
My problem is: since my original tenant is not relevant for me anymore (disregarding if it exists, or was it deleted), becuase I willingly handed it over to another organization. I am not a member of that organization anymore, not techincally, not mentally and not in any other way, and the tenant belongs to that organization, because it actually should, so I handed it over to them.
And I am now orphaned, because I do not have ANY tenants associated with my user. Which is a normal situation at ths point.
Now when I log in - it immediately gives me creation of a new tenant. I go over the process to create my own, completely new tenant, with a new, unique, valid name (it shows a green check mark that indicates it is possible to create a tenant with the desired name) and I always get the error message mentioned in my original message.
TL;DR:
Right now my user does not have any tenants associated with it.
And the login process is stuck for me, because it would not allow me to create any tenant (with any name, no matter what I try).
