We are currently using the Auth0 Heroku Add-on (tenant: wispy-breeze-1251) on the free plan.
We would like to migrate our users to another tenant.
For this purpose, we plan to subscribe to a paid plan and request password hash export through a support ticket.
However, it seems that we cannot upgrade the plan directly from the Heroku Add-on version.
Could you please advise us on how we should proceed?
You should be able to upgrade your subscription under the dashboard by going to Settings → Subscriptions. You can read more about that in our documentation.
