Auth0 enforces 10 SMS per hour rate limit for brute force attacks (even when using paid twilio account). Some of our legitimate users are hitting this occasionally. It seems a bit low, any way to increase this limit or turn it off?

It looks like we are not able to change that limit at this time. It is in place for brute force protection like you mentioned.
