Merging two existing accounts into one with a new email address

hello - i submitted two support tickets, the first one (02321099) told me to go back and fill out a form, but i was redirected back to the original support-ticket page so i filled out a second support ticket (02321102)

how does one go about combining two accounts with different email addresses into one account with a new email address?

please advise.

(sorry if this is the wrong forum, and that none of the sub-headings seemed appropriate)

It looks like there is an active support ticket. I am going to defer to our support team so we are not duplicating the conversation.
